Snappkit doesn’t store the generated content persistently (screenshots, videos, PDFs, HTML, Markdown, and more):
Important note: During processing, rendered content may be temporarily stored to pass through internal system components (such as queues, message brokers, or temporary buffers). This approach ensures that your rendered content and if it contains your users data remain private by default.
A list of third-party providers used by Snappkit, links to their privacy policies, and why and how they are integrated into the Snappkit service and used:
Clerk is used for user authentication and identity management. Your email address and basic profile information are stored securely to manage your account and access.
Convex is used as our backend database and serverless infrastructure. All application data, including usage logs and account settings, is stored securely on Convex servers.
Vercel is used for hosting the Snappkit application and API endpoints. Requests to our service are processed through Vercel's global edge network.
Stripe is used for processing payments. Your credit card information is not stored, nor logged on our servers. It is all processed by Stripe.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have certain rights with respect to your data, including the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing.
